Steel structures

CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS WITHIN THE TELECOMMUNICATION AREA:

Support structures for telecom devices

Support structures for telecom devices are built with the use of steel pipes. Dimensions of the construction are adapted to the requirements of existing infrastructure adn devices.
Individual components are attached to the existing objects with steel clamps or HiLTi anchors. Cable ladders are made from angle brackets and flat bars.
For the corrosion protection, all steel components are hot-dip galvanized. The thickness of the zinc coating should be 120 µm.

Telecommunication towers

Adjustable tower – without foundation

Adjustable tower is a typical steel structure constructed on prefabricated concrete blocks, which are not permanently connected with the ground.
The tower is equipped with a “SKC Block” safety system ladder.

Lattice tower – with foundation

Lattice tower is a typical steel structure constructed on a reinforced concrete foundation poles. The core of the tower is a spatial grid with a triangular cross-section.
The lower part of the tower has a constant taper of truncated pyramid, while the upper part has a non convergent shape of a prism.
The tower is equipped with a “SKC Block” safety system ladder and a lightning protection.

The typical heights of the towers constructed on the set of the triangle are shown below. Towers constucted on the set of the square are also available in our offer.
