TEBECHOP 3000 48V/56A

benning

Set of 20 chargers TEBECHOP 3000 HD MCU 2500 with a control module mounted in the PSJ 2066 cabinet.

With the TEBECHOP 3000 HD rectifier modules, redundant 48 V DC power systems with system ratings between 6,0 kW and 70 kW can be realised.
Versions for 24 V and 60 V output voltages are also available.

The ultra compact dimensions of the 3000 HD rectifier with a power density of appr. 1 kw/dm3 is the result of intensive research and development to optimise components and airflow inside the high power section of the rectifier.

The lower part of the cabinet can be used as foundation for the batteries.

Important features:

  • Extremely high power density reducing space demands.
  • High efficiency >90 % between 30 % and 100 % (see graph 3, 5, 7).

Similar to the SLIMLINE rectifier modules, the TEBECHOP 3000 HD accepts wide input voltage variations from 85 V up to 265 V.
Between 200 V and 265 V the 3000 HD supplies 3000 W output power. Below 200 V the output power is limited.

PSJ or TC type 2066 floor cabinet (hight 2000 mm, depth 600 mm, width 600 mm) can be fitted with max 4 sub-racks to carry 20 pieces of 3000 HD rectifiers.

Five 3000 HD rectifiers can be fitted across a 19” shelf.
Instead of one rectifier a specially designed MCU 2500 module can be integrated.

Inverters:

TEBEVERT DSP

tebevert

The Tebevert DSP inverter system featuring DSP- technology (Digital Signal Processing) can be used in a wide array of telecommunication and industrial applications
The introduction of enhanced DSP controls and higher semi-conductor switching frequencies improves power density, operating efficiency while dramatically reducing physical size and weight.

The Tebevert DSP inverters feature the latest in paralleling technology allowing multiple inverter modules to be reliably paralleled to support higher power levels or N+1 redundancy.

The regulation and monitoring is provided via digital signal processors (DSP) programmed with next generation regulation and control algorithms.
The CAN (Control Area Network) bus communication interface provides high reliability communication between the system components while a built-in serial interface provides service access for system status and software update.

  • DSP- Technology (Digital Signal Processing)
  • Simple installation and maintenance via hot plug technology
  • Compact design
  • Adjustable voltage and frequency
  • Display with extensive Monitoring

TEBEVERT DSP with static bypass (EUE)

The optional static bypass module (EUE) increases system reliability by providing automatic switching between the inverter output and the AC mains source providing protection
against load interruptions caused by severe overloads or the unlikely inverter system failure.

Front panel pushbuttons and a graphical digital display provide a wide range of supervisory functions, and enable easy monitoring and modification of system controls.

Included in the menu driven display screen is an easy to view system single line diagram plus detailed system operational information, status and alarms.
The user control pushbuttons provide local access to measurement values, component status, system adjustments and service options.

The static bypass module can be configured to operate in an on-line (inverter priority) or off-line (mains priority) modes

UPS Systems

Systems are divided based on power criterium:

  • UPS ENERTRONIC S: 1,25 – 10 kVA (single phase)
  • UPS ENERTRONIC M: 7,5 – 40 kVA (single and triple phase)
  • UPS ENERTRONIC I: 30 – 120 kVA (single and triple phase)
  • UPS ENERTRONIC P: 60 – 120 kVA (triple phase)
  • UPS ENERTRONIC L: 60 – 200 kVA (triple phase)
  • UPS ENERTRONIC modular: 10 – 480 kVA (triple phase)

ENERTRONIC S

enertronic

The modular construction and redundancy are two features of the ENERTRONIC S series.
Depending on the required power and the mains failure bypass time, the systems can be individually adapted to the load.
As power demands increase, the system can be expanded.

The systems consist of 1,25 kVA power blocks which can be connected in parallel up to a max. output power of 10 kVA.
In the event of one power block failing, the defective power block will be separated and the other blocks will continue operating without interruption.
N+1 redundancy is therefore possible within the UPS systems.
The complete redundancy of all electronic components on the power boards ensures maximum reliability of the UPS system.

In the standard version, each power block has a 36 V 7.2 Ah battery block.
With a nominal load of 80% it is therefore possible to obtain a mains failure bypass time of 10 min.
To obtain longer bypass times, it is possible to connect several battery blocks per UPS power block in parallel.

Displayed values:

  • Input voltage and input current, power, frequency
  • Output voltage and output current, power, frequency
  • Battery operating data, remaining time
  • Total UPS operating time
  • Battery test by means of charge state monitoring

Other features:

  • Input power factor > 0,99
  • THDI < 3 %
  • Static bypass
  • Class A/B (immunity/emission)
  • Input frequency auto sense
  • Plug&Play for gensets
  • Noise level < 40 dBA
  • Long life battery control

ENERTRONIC M

enertronic

Benning’s ENERTRONIC M offers modern and cost-effective protection for medium power, from 7.5 to 40 kVA.

ENERTRONIC M addresses mid-sized server rooms, networks, telecommunication systems, industrial processes and medical equipment where higher cost parallelable or scalable power protection solutions are not required.
Furthermore, as the ENERTRONIC M provides increased protection, security and efficiency, it can be used instead of multiple separate, smaller units spread throughout a facility.

ENERTRONIC I

enertronic

The requirement for power supply reliability is growing, due to the increasing application of information and data carrier systems, text processing, automated production processes and complex data networks.

Irregularities due to loading of the public power supply by major users, peak-time use or by lightning strikes cannot be avoided.

The result is mains voltage breaks, spikes and transients.

Static UPS´s are being installed increasingly for loads that require AC voltages unaffected by interference on the mains e.g.

  • Data processing installations
  • Process control computers
  • Air safety installations
  • Signalling, alarm systems
  • Telecommunication systems
  • Power- and Substations

ENERTRONIC MODULAR

modular
