A4 splicer is designed for cables with a small amount of fibers and can accommodate 2 cassettes with 24 fibers in each.
The splicer has an oval input for two cables with a diameter of 10-25mm and four circular inputs for cables with a diameter of 5-19mm.

2.2.5. Fusion splicer Raychem FOSC 500
Raychem FOSC 500 is a re-usable splicer that can be installed without using a burner.
The housing, which can be opened, constist of two foldable halves which can be easily closed with clamps.

It contains one cassete for 24 fibers and four sockets (two on each side) for cables with the diameter of 5-15mm.

2.3.1. 19" DATAline distribution frame
19" distributors are available in a simple and retractable version.
In the underside of the distribution frame there are: braids that allow the pigtails to be mounted, a thread to which up to 4 cassettes can be inserted, 2 open and 2 closed holes for cable spacers, and movable handles for mounting the frame in the cabinet.
Typically, the distribution frame is supplied without equipment; connectors, bridges, cassettes, brackets for the fiber management as well as adapters must be ordered separately as required.
The FC adapters also fit the ST adapter connectors, while LC duplex, MT-RJ and E2000 adapters can be used with the SC Simplex connectors.

The box flap is fixed with four screws and has a warning label.

2.4.2. Cassettes for fusion splicers
The cassette is provided for splicing protection and for fiber arrangement.
It provides a perfect solution for the adapters, organizing the arrangement of the fibers and ensuring the functionality and the correct bending radius.
The cassettes can be stacked on top of one another.
The cassette has 12 brackets for covering the splices.
The brackets can be stacked in two rows, increasing the capacity of the cassette up to 24 splices.
2.4.3.Bridge
The bridge is mainly installed in small wall distributors where it is not possible to mount a cassette due to an insufficient amoun of space.
The bridge is made up of three interconnected parts - 1x8 and 2x4 splices.
These parts can be easily separated from each other.
The bridge is self-adhesive.
2.4.4. Cable bushings
Cable bushings are used to strengthen the input cable in panel and wall distributors.
They are made of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide and are resistant to gasoline and oil.
They also have a IP65 certificate.
They are available for cables with a diameter of 4 to 18 mm.
2.4.5. Adapter
The adapters are used to connect two optic fiber connectors.
Typically, they are installed in panel and wall distributors, where they provide the connection between a patch cord and a cable end.
